Mac App Store purchases & refunds
If you bought SnapDog on the Mac App Store, billing, Family Sharing, and refunds are handled by Apple — not by Remnant Security. Use your Apple ID and Apple’s Report a Problem flow.
What data is collected
None. SnapDog collects no analytics, no telemetry, and no personal data. Captures stay on your Mac unless you opt in to an upload destination.
Is this snapdog.app?
No. This SnapDog is a native macOS capture and annotation app from Remnant Security, sold on the Mac App Store. snapdog.app is a different product.
